My journey into event planning started at my father's 60th birthday. I planned everything — the food, the flow, the way guests would move through the space so that no one bumped into anyone else. At the end of the evening, my father looked at me and asked why I wasn't doing this professionally. It was the first time I'd considered it seriously. That question changed the direction of my life.
Speaking found me in a similar way. I didn't decide to become a speaker — I discovered that I was born to preach. Standing in the presence of God, sharing who He is with people who need to encounter Him — that is where I feel most alive. I am an ordained minister, and I carry that responsibility with both joy and reverence.
The podcast came out of a frustration I noticed in the church — there are so many topics that believers face every single day that simply don't get addressed from the pulpit. Mental health. Sexuality. Marriage. Divorce. Finances. These things shape people's lives, and yet so many Christians walk through them without a clear biblical framework. The Chineme Mess podcast exists to close that gap.
Through event planning, speaking, writing, and broadcasting — I am doing one thing: pointing people toward Jesus Christ, and helping them figure out what that actually means for the life they're living right now.
